You need to obtain the right to do that from the respective copyright holders. Usually if they want the program distributed that way, they will do it themselves on Youtube or their own outlet.

Also, particular to TiVo DVRs, is that their terms of service specifically prohibit sharing of A/V content recorded on a TiVo DVR.

they do confessionals after the show has wrapped up and ask them how they were feeling at that time and stuff like that… as for Big Brother/real world/survivor they get called to a DR and record their comments right after the incident/competition/whatever… but for that they wait till the shows finished filming then they get called back to give their input … get it sir?
